In forty minutes it will be the 24th birthday of my beloved sister, Normandy Rose Gelmis. It will also be the 64th anniversary of the Normandy Invasion, for which she was named; and she will be as old as my boyfriend, which is a little scary. Happy birthday, sister dear!
